Before that, he and his wife were practically homeless, scraping by while working jobs where they were just another number.

Robert worked day and night, pouring everything he had into his business. He saw firsthand how some employers mistreated their workers and acted as if they were disposable. He vowed never to run his business that way. When he started out, he tracked down every mistreated co-worker and gave them an opportunity to work in a place where they would be valued. He built his business with a vision of fairness, hard work, and a commitment to doing things the right way. The company he once worked for went out of business, and he had built something stronger in its place.
